The room was spacious and clean. i appreciated the 24-hour reception, it accommodated my late arrival. the staff were helpful and friendly. Their service was very welcome.
the bathroom door lock was not functional, this was inconvenient. the breakfast was quite basic. I hoped for more options.

The room included a bathtub, two chairs, and a desk. Breakfast was a continental style. The location was near the botanical gardens. The hotel was quiet and a comfortable bed was present.
The soundproofing was poor. You could hear noises.
